We’ll begin by grounding ourselves using different modalities, and setting meaningful intentions. Then, lye back and relax as the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes gently wash over you. These soothing vibrations will guide you into a deeply meditative state, helping you release tension, recharge your energy, and restore balance to your mind and body. Clearing your mind and energy and nurturing the seeds of your intentions to flourish and thrive.
